“ Chicken Sopes and Seafood Soup were freshly made, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant is family owned and run; has a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Jamie for being so attentive. ”
“ Such good food! Everything was so fresh and the establishment is very clean and has good ambiance. We got the pork and chicken tacos. Tasted great and was such good portions for the price. Highly recommend. They also give free chips and salsa. Salsa is a little spicy but still very yummy. ”
“ I really like this place because they have authentic Mexican food. But I must say that the fish tacos needed more fish and the tostadas would have been better if they were hot, and the sopes needed some flavor ”
“ We ordered beef soup, beans cheese pupusas, chicken burrito and steak tacos. Food was delicious and tasted very authentic. Service was excellent and food came out fast. The servers were very warm and welcoming. Overall authentic experience! We saved this location and will definitely come back to try other items on the menu. ”
“ I’m a father of three I brought my family in to eat something healthier and homemade and that’s exactly what I got. The food was amazing and the tortillas are handmade. This place is official. Really clean and if you’re a parent trying to get your kids off of chicken fingers and fries. You can get them to eat rice beans and grilled chicken for 6 a plate. Great deal ”
“ Absolutely amazing! I tried this place for the first time today and I was not disappointed at all! Everything was so tasty! Will definitely recommend! ”
“ The restaurant may not look so attractive from the outside, but once you are inside you will feel very welcomed by the charismatic and cheerful owner and the very authentic food. The tacos are great, served on freshly cooked corn tortillas. The fruit water is even better: mango, watermelon: both are very fresh and natural. We also tried the deserts and especially the lemon pie reminded us of the home made pies that my wife’s family (from Mexico) made. Absolute hidden gem! ”
“ We love this new addition to Carriage Square in West Long Branch. This is an authentic, clean, delicious, family run restaurant. We go for Mexican breakfast on weekends. It’s byob. I’m going to order dinner for pick up right now: al pastor tacos, tacos dorados , tamales, mole if they have it , and something of the kids menu which is inexpensive and portioned well. Yummy! ”
